Dr. Glenn Steffin graduated in dentistry in 2003 in Berlin(Humboldt University), Germany, and is very passionate about his work. He has been working in England since 2006 and is interested in incorporating new products and techniques to make dental treatment as pleasant as possible. Along with Michelle Steffin, Dr Steffin set up East Preston Dental Clinic in 2009 and opened Ferring Dental Clinic one year later, followed by Broadwater Dental Clinic in 2022. He has also written a dissertation(2003) about composite materials which earned him his title. His main field of interest is Cosmetic Dentistry and enjoying the outcome of a new smile.

Some of Dr. Steffin’s hobbies are surfing, jetboarding snowboarding and fishing.

In 2000 upon finishing her school studies Michelle Steffin went on to work in a dental clinic and qualified as a dental nurse in 2003. She trained at Northbrook College studying Dental Nursing and Oral Health and qualified with NVQ Level 3.  Michelle, originally from Shoreham, has both nursed and managed dental practices for over 20 years and brings a friendly personality to this environment.

Michelle nursed for Dr. Steffin from 2006-2009. In 2009 they decided to set up their own clinic together and opened their first clinic East Preston Dental Clinic in that same year. This was then followed by Ferring Dental Clinic in 2010 and Broadwater Dental Clinic in 2022. Michelle is continuously developing her knowledge in all aspects of dentistry to give you the best possible care. As Practice Manager Michelle is taking care of all aspects within the clinic.

As a manager Michelle is deeply passionate about seeing a trainee develop their skills and gain qualifications while they work at the practice. She enjoys seeing them expand their horizon and succeed in their positions giving them plenty of support whilst they achieve this. This support and drive has meant nurses Chloe, Simona and Sammy all qualified first time and have gone on to develop their roles within the clinic.

Outside of work Michelle enjoys sunny beach days, exploring the countryside, cooking, travelling and spending time with her daughters Ava and Summer and her son Maximus.

Archana Chalumuru qualified as a dentist in 2010 in Hyderabad, India and has been working in England since 2017. Before moving to the coast she lived in Scotland for over 4 years. Archie is an endodontic specialist and got her 3-year post graduation degree in India. She is currently doing her post-graduation diploma in aesthetic and restorative dentistry. Archie enjoys doing root canal treatments, smile makeovers and full rehabilitation of damaged teeth. She is very good with nervous patients and takes pride in the smiles of her patients.

In her spare time Archie enjoys drawing, painting, sewing and spending time with her husband and son.

Jordan Faith-Taylor joined the team as a receptionist in December 2020. You may see Jordan on Reception in Ferring but she will be nursing in Broadwater as she has recently started training to become a dental nurse. Before joining the clinic Jordan worked full time as a qualified hairdresser and still does mobile hairdressing part time outside of work. She is very chatty and enjoys interacting with people when they are in the waiting room or over the phone.

Outside of work Jordan enjoys spending time with her two dogs and loves anything Disney.

Petrina qualified from the University of Portsmouth in 2021 with a First Class Honours degree in BSc Dental Hygiene and Therapy.

Petrina has a keen interest in preventative and minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry. She is also passionate about improving dental experiences for nervous and phobic patients, by creating a friendly and welcoming environment in which to work.

Outside of her clinical practice, Petrina utilises modern online platforms to promote effective dental care, as well as being an avid swimmer and proud owner of two pet beagles.

Isabel joined the team as a receptionist in April 2022. Before working at the practice, Isabel worked for British Airways as cabin crew for 25 years. It was finally time to keep her feet on the ground and work more locally. She is passionate about helping and caring for people and patient interaction is very important to her. Always ready to help, Isabel is there to give you a warm welcome and make you feel at ease.

Outside of work, Isabel shares family life with her husband, two sons and beloved labradoodle called Murphy. She loves to run, live life to the full and have fun.

Kate has been part of our growing team since April 2014 and has been a valued full-time member. Kate is a friendly, caring person and will make sure all patients are made to feel welcome; she knows how difficult it can be to visit the Dentist if you are a nervous patient. She loves to chat so will quickly put you at ease. Kate has decided it’s time to go part time as she embrace’s lots of new exciting changes happening in her life.

She is especially looking forward to looking after her adorable grandchildren Ronnie and Rose. In her free time Kate enjoys early morning workouts at the gym, renovating their new property , spending time with all her family and not forgetting the long walks down the beach with Cooper her more than energetic cocker spaniel.
